The Roofers Have Left the Building
After several spells of dry weather with little wind, Knickerbocker Roofing & Paving have finished work on both roofs (except for the final white coating on the East Tower after the roofing system has cured for 30 days) before the original proposed date for even starting work on the East Tower. They departed on June 1st. Parking in the front is back to normal (but 30-minute parking will be enforced).
The Annual Unit Owners Budget Meeting will take place on June 21, 2017, at 7:00 PM in the 345 Lobby. Management and board members will be on hand to answer your questions about the Proposed Budget that has been distributed to all owners.
The next regular meeting of the Board of Directors will follow at about 7:30 PM in the Management Office.
