Rules for Pet Owners

  1. All pets must be registered with the Management Office.
  2. 345’s Declaration – Section 7.01(e) – states that “no more than one (1) dog, which shall not weigh more than twenty-five (25) pounds, shall be kept in any unit.”
  3. Each pet owner is fully responsible for the control and behavior of his/her pet. Further, each pet owner is fully responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by his/her pet, and shall indemnify the building and its Agents, and hold them harmless against any loss or liability of any kind that might arise from the privilege of maintaining a pet within the property.
  4. All pets must be kept on a short leash, with leash in hand, and kept under tight control when in common areas of the building or on the building grounds.
  5. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning any dirt or soilage occasioned by their pet in the common areas, both inside and outside the building.
  6. Pets are not allowed on landscaped areas outside the building. Pet owners should familiarize themselves with City Ordinances governing the control of pets within the city.
  7. Pets residing on the premises shall not be kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose.
  8. Dangerous our unorthodox pets are not allowed to reside on the premises.
  9. Pet owners may take their pets in and out of the building by the east and west entrances only. Pets are not permitted to enter the building through the main entrance and are not allowed in the lobby, management office, mailbox area, exercise room, laundry room, or sun deck at any time.
  10. Visitors or guests are not permitted to bring pets into the building.
  11. If management receives any complaints regarding a pet, the owner of said pet shall be notified and will be held responsible.
