Work began on renewing the West Tower roof on Monday, April 10, and is expected to last until about May 30. Work will begin on the East Tower roof on about June 12 and will last until about July 28.
Outside self-parkers near the construction site at the West Tower are asked to park in the valet garage during construction. Parking in the 30-minute zone will be discontinued during work on the East Tower.
Air conditioning for both towers cannot be turned on until work on the West Tower is near completion.
Management will post updates on the project to Channel 195.
The next regular meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for April 19, 2017, at 7:00 PM in the Board Meeting Room in the West Tower sub-basement.
