Please be advised that the 345 Fullerton Parkway Condominium Association Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at 7:00 PM, has been cancelled due to the lack of a quorum.
However, a new meeting date is set for Friday, March 17, 2017, at 10:00 AM, in the Management Office. The following items will be on the agenda for this meeting.

1. Approval of the Association Insurance
2. Ratification of New Roof Installation
3. Ratification of Butterfly Valve replacement at the top of each building

The next regularly scheduled 345 Fullerton Parkway Board Meeting will be on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at 7:00 PM in the Board Meeting Room.
