The December 14, 2016, Annual Unit Owners Meeting election and the January 18, 2017, Board meeting officers election resulted in the following:

Two New Roofs
Work will begin on the West Tower on about April 15 and end on about May 30.
Work will begin on the East Tower on about June 15 and end about July 30.
Air conditioning will be turned on after work on the West Tower, which houses the cooling tower, is completed.
During work on the East Tower, 30-minute parking in the front will be discontinued or at least restricted.
