23rd ANNUAL UNIT OWNERS MEETING
Wednesday, December 14, 7pm
The meeting will include the election to fill four (4) open positions on the Board of Directors. All unit owners will have received Proxy forms and Candidate Data Sheets. Please return the Proxy forms to the Management Office as soon as possible, to ensure a quorum for the meeting and allow it to take place on the night and not have to be postponed.
Holiday Party in the Lobby
The Holiday Party for all residents and owners will begin immediately following the Annual Unit Owners Meeting in the 345 Lobby, at about 7:45 PM.
There will be a very short special meeting of the Board of Directors held in the Management Office 10 minutes before the Annual Unit Owners Meeting begins. The only item on the agenda is a vote on an item from Executive Session.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on February 15, 2017, at 7:00 pm in the Board Meeting Room in the West Tower sub-basement.
