Cook County Assessor Joseph Berrios recently sent a letter to all property owners concerning the 3-yearly property tax reassessments.
The 345 Fullerton Parkway Condominium Association has already contracted with Terrence Kennedy Jr. to appeal these increases. Mr. Kennedy specializes in Real Estate Tax Law. It is best to have him perform these appeals all together for the Association as opposed to individuals filing separately for their own units.
You need do nothing at this time. Mr. Kennedy will do his best for 345, as he has in the past. We will pay a fee to him only if he saves us money, as he always has done, and it will be a percentage of the amount he saves us.
