The election for five places on the Board of Directors was held at the Annual Unit Owners Meeting on December 10, 2014, at which one new board member, Jason Green, joined members up for reelection, Faith Hart, Margaret Laport, Joseph Perry and Jim Walsh, and sitting members Kathy Gillespie and Leslie Stein. The Board thanks retiring member Jim Kroegar for many years of service.
Officers were elected by the board at the January 21st board meeting:

Treasurer: Jason Green
Secretary: Leslie Stein
The new polling place for Ward 43, Precinct 12 (the south side of our block of Fullerton Parkway), for the February 24, 2015, Municipal Election will be the 345 Lobby. Polls will open at 6:00 am and close at 7:00 pm.
The Cook County Assessor’s office has mailed out Senior and Senior Freeze Exemption applications for the 2014 property tax bills. The deadline for the application is February 4, 2015.
The next regularly scheduled Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at 7:00 PM in the Board Meeting Room in the West Tower sub-basement.
