Management will distribute applications in October for the Board of Directors election at the Annual Unit Owners Meeting on December 10, 2014. The Board is open to all owners, resident or not, but limited to one owner per unit. There will be five open positions: four of them for 2 years, one of them for 1 year. The Board usually meets at 7:00 PM on the third Wednesday of every month but July, August and December, though sometimes morning meetings are agreed upon. Please consider serving in this voluntary position.
Join your neighbors in the 345 Lobby on Wednesday, October 22, starting at 5:00 pm, for hot spiced cider and cookies, and take home a free pumpkin provided by Debbie Maue of Jameson Realty and lender Sergio Giangrande. There will be activities again for the children.
The next regularly scheduled Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at 10:00 AM in the Board Meeting Room, West Tower sub-basement.
