The Grills are Out
The Sun Deck is open for the summer. Deck furniture will be put out after pressure cleaning of the deck surface, but the grills are fully operational now. Deck plantings will appear after the beginning of June when the winds have died down and there is no longer danger of a cold night. Hours are 7:30 am to 10:30 pm.
Unit Owners Budget Meeting
The annual Unit Owners Budget Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2013, at 7:00 pm in the 345 Lobby. The proposed budget for the 2013–2014 fiscal year will be distributed to unit owners for review on May 14. The June Board Meeting will follow on from the Budget Meeting, at about 7:30 pm.

The next regularly scheduled Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 14, at 10:00 am in the Board Meeting Room in the West Tower sub-basement.

In 2013, there are three board meetings at 10 am and the rest of the meetings are in the evening. More details are available on the calendar and in the newsletters.
The Board of Director meets 10 times a year. Six of the Nine Regular Board Meetings are held at night.
Meetings are usually on the third Wednesday of the Month.
