Candidate Data Sheets have been distributed to all owners. If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please return your completed form to the Management Office by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, November 7, 2012. Four owners will be elected to a 2-year term and one will be elected to a 1-year term. All owners are eligible to run for election.
Board meetings take place at 7:00 PM on the third Wednesday of each month, except, generally, in July, August and December. Depending upon the needs of those on the board, some 10:00 AM meetings might be scheduled.
Completed Candidate Data Sheets will be distributed to all owners before the election. A Meet the Candidates Evening in the Lobby at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 5, will give you a further chance to get to know them and to question them.
The Annual Unit Owners Meeting will take place in the Lobby at 7:00 PM on December 12. The Annual Holiday Party for all residents will follow on from the meeting at about 7:45 PM.
The next Board Meeting will be held on November 14, 2012, at 7:00 PM in the Board Meeting Room, west tower sub-basement. (Because of an early Thanksgiving this year, the meeting will be held on the second Wednesday, not the third.)
