345 Archives Gallery Now Open

345 Archives Gallery
now open in the 345 Basement Corridor

Elise Paschen, the daughter of Henry Paschen, who built 345 on the grounds of his parents’ home, and Rusty O’Neil, his nephew, opened the new 345 ARCHIVES GALLERY in the newly renovated basement corridor on the evening of June 28. A wine and cheese reception followed.

Harry Weese was an architect of international reputation and one who left his mark all over Chicago, not only in the buildings he designed but in his advocacy for historic preservation. He is remembered as the architect who “shaped Chicago’s skyline and the way the city thought about everything from the lakefront to its treasure-trove of historical buildings.”
