Regarding a Liquor License Application at a new Café Viaggio being built in the ground floor of The Patricians (401–403 W Fullerton).

There will be a meeting at the restaurant on Saturday, February 25, at 9:30 AM with the restaurant owner, the 43^rd Ward Alderman, the presidents of the boards or corporations of 399 and 345 Fullerton and 2400 Lakeview and anyone else interested in attending. It will be a fact-finding meeting.

The next regularly scheduled Board of Directors Meeting will be held on March 21, 2012, at 10:00 AM in the Board Meeting Room in the West Tower sub-basement.

The meeting included the election of four open positions on the Board of Directors. Three directors were elected to serve two-year terms: Kathy Gillespie, Nathalie Houde, and Molly Jones. Leslie Stein was elected to serve one year. The Annual Holiday Party, open to all residents, followed the meeting.

Board Officers were elected at the Board Meeting held on January 18, 2012—President: Faith Hart; Vice President: Kathy Gillespie; Treasurer: Nathalie Houde; Secretary: Molly Jones.

The next regularly scheduled Board Meeting will be held on February 15, 2012, at 7:00 pm in the Board Meeting Room in the West Tower sub-basement.
